our stay at vila balaia was absolutely perfect. the staff, especially claudia, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. the villa and pool were spotless, and the cleaners were friendly and efficient. highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay close to the main strip. 10/10.

We loved our stay at Vila Balaia! the villa had a comfortable and large bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful and well-kept garden. the refreshing and clean swimming pool was perfect for a dip after a day of exploring. Free parking next to the house was convenient for us. We also enjoyed the excellent facilities and amenities, including a smart TV with Netflix and a sound column in the living room that connected to our mobile phones. Claudia, the property manager, provided great insights into what to see and do. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend Vila Balaia for anyone who loves comfort and relaxation.

The area around the hotel was not as expected, with no nearby restaurants or supermarkets. Some facilities, like the tennis courts, were closed down.

stayed at a previous villa in albufeira but vila balaia blew me away! recently refurbished with no expense spared, it oozed luxury and privacy. the professional manager and helpful staff made our stay a breeze. 10/10 recommend for couples craving a lavish escape.

We had a great time at the villa with a beautiful pool and comfortable lounge chairs. the master bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. the property was well-maintained and looked immaculate, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the staff were helpful and arranged a taxi for us when needed.

It was a bit inconvenient to pull the single beds from underneath the sofas as it blocked the access from the lounge to the terrace.

We were impressed by the thoughtful welcoming gesture of providing bread, butter, milk, and water. Claudia, the property manager, was always there to help with a smile and provided great tips on what to visit and where to go. the living room with a sound column and a smart TV with Netflix added to the overall amazing experience. the well, equipped kitchen was also a plus. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Claudia, in particular, was a lovely and helpful host. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.

The villa was fine, with beautiful architecture and ample space. The interior was amazing, and we had all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing. Despite the bad weather, we were still able to enjoy our stay in this luxurious villa. The host, Claudia, were great for us, especially when our son fell ill. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job, keeping the villa immaculate and being friendly as well. This is the best place I have ever stayed, and it was worth every penny.
